It is based on the most comprehensive theory of emotional intelligence to date and renders an overall EQ score as well as results for the following 5 composite scales (self perception, self expression, interpersonal, decision making & stress management).

The Psychological Safety Index (PSI) is based on research of Harvard Professor Amy Edmondson and is seen as the key contributor to successful teams and increasing the performance of organisations.

MBTI

The MBTI® (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) questionnaire provides a common language for appreciating interpersonal differences and provides a highly insightful framework for individual and group development. It provokes self-awareness by looking at how a person perceives the world and how they prefer to interact with others. MBTI sorts individuals into psychological ‘types’ so that they can identify how they are similar to some people and different to others, and how they can improve their working and personal relationships in a positive and constructive way.
