Paula spearheaded transformational change on a global scale over 30 years ago, and responding to a changing world is how she helps leaders to navigate the changing rules of the game in the face of uncertainty, time poverty and constant pressure. Developing the critical capabilities and strategies to challenge conventional mindsets & perceptions requires a Coach & Facilitator like Paula to provoke ways of thinking, behaving & delivering business results both independently and interdependently.
Through her work, Paula develops a deep understanding of how organisations tick and in doing so can better help leaders to understand & elevate their performance and transform how they show up with their stakeholders across all layers within the vertical and horizontal system.
Paula has a strong background of leading global projects and as a specialist in horizontal leadership, she designs and delivers bespoke programmes to enhance the way individuals and teams perform within their matrix structures. Paula is a Master Executive Coach and remains true to the professional standards and ethical principles as drawn up by EMCC Global, working to the highest industry standards for practitioners, and education and training programs in Coaching, Mentoring, and Supervision.
Paula specialises in Executive Coaching at senior & C-suite level; working with SFOs, COOs and CPOs across multiple industries. She coaches individuals and facilitates events with leadership teams to help improve their strategic & collaborative practices.
